What are your visiting hours?

We welcome visitors from 8 am to 10 pm. After these hours, we ask visitors to try to come back during the preferred hours to support a restful environment for the residents. If you need to visit later, please call ahead so we can accommodate your arrival. 

What is your visitor’s policy? 

Family and friends are essential to our residents’ recovery and overall well-being. For the latest details on visitation options and guidelines, please contact our team directly. 

What insurances do you accept? 

We accept private pay and a wide range of insurance plans, including UHC, Humana, MCR, VA, Providence MCR, Aetna, Cigna, Coordinated Care, CHPW, Molina, MODA, Pacific Source, Regence, WellCare, and TriWest. Our knowledgeable staff will review your benefits with you and help clarify your coverage. 

When will the doctor see me? 

Most new residents are seen by a physician within 24 hours of admission. Your nurse coordinates with your doctor and keeps them updated before and after each visit. 

Do you have a doctor on staff?  

Yes, at Lacamas Creek Post Acute we do have a doctor on staff at the facility. We currently have a house MD and PA on staff who are available Monday through Friday, as well as on call as needed. 

Do you provide transportation services? 

Yes, we do provide transportation services to and from hospital appointments. A member of our staff will coordinate with you to provide this transportation.  

How often will I have therapy? 

Depending on your needs and admission timing, therapy typically begins within 24 hours and may be scheduled up to five days per week to support your goals. 

How long is a typical stay? 

Length of stay varies by individual. Our Interdisciplinary Team is made up of nurses, therapists, and dietitians who will review progress weekly, focusing on helping you achieve your highest level of independence. 

What is your dining program like?

We offer a restaurant-style dining experience, with menus and diets guided by our on-site Registered Dietitian as well as our Dietary Manager to accommodate preferences and clinical needs. 

Do I need to bring my medications?

No. Unless we advise otherwise, we will arrange your medications through our partner pharmacy at admission and store them securely on-site for your safety. 

How is the room for my stay selected?  

We select which room a resident will stay in depending on their personal needs, diagnosis, or any other room accommodations they might need.  

Can I bring personal belongings?

Absolutely. Items like family photos, favorite blankets, and small décor can make your room feel like home and enhance your comfort.
